Refund Policy

  • Refund minus 5% processing fee by May 15
  • 50% refund by May 30
  • No refunds after May 30
  • Missed camp days are non-refundable and can be made up in other camp days of the same year. Must make appointment first.

Attire and Shoe Requirement

Exclusive Early Bird Perk: Free Training Shoes!
Every athlete needs the right foundation. For our summer camp, students are required to wear indoor training shoes to ensure safety and floor cleanliness.

Sign up during our Early Bird window and we’ll provide your training shoes for FREE!

For registrations after the deadline, training shoes are required for all sessions and may be purchased on-site for $23. (Please note: Outdoor footwear is strictly prohibited in the training room).

All sessions require athletic clothing.

Training Weapons Requirement

Dynamic Weapons Training

  • Ages 5–6: Elementary Staff
  • Ages 7+: Kung Fu Fan

We teach the respect and discipline required for weaponry. Please note that participation is a privilege earned through focused behavior and following coach instructions.

Don’t miss out: Early Bird registrations come with FREE training gear! Standard registrations will need to purchase equipment separately.

Pickup Time

Camp days end at 3:00pm PST. Students must be picked up promptly at the end of each camp day.

Late pickups will be subject to late pickup fees: $1 per minute beyond the initial 5-minute grace period.

Extended Hour Care: $100/week add-on
