Membership Options & Financial Policies

We offer two ways to enroll. Both options include a flat-rate structure that already accounts for scheduled holiday closures.

1. Prepay Full Season (Early Bird Discount)

  • The Deal: Pay for the entire academic year upfront at a discounted rate.
  • The Commitment: Intended for full-season enrollment. Strictly no refunds, credits, or account freezes for vacations or planned travel. Makeups: Eligible for standard makeup classes (see Absence Policies below).

2. Month-to-Month Membership

  • The Deal: Continuous enrollment billed automatically every month at our standard rate.
  • Flexibility: Eligible for account freezes (see below) and standard makeup classes.
  • Cancellation: Submit a written drop notice via email at least 48 hours before your renewal date (the 1st) to avoid being charged for the next month.

General Financial Rules

  • Auto-Pay: A valid card must be kept on file. Update your card at least 48 hours before billing. If a payment fails, the membership becomes inactive until the balance is cleared.
  • Refunds: No refunds or credits for missed/unused classes. Extenuating circumstances approved by management are subject to a 10% processing fee.
  • Sibling Discounts: 1st sibling gets 10% off; each subsequent sibling gets an additional 5% off (e.g., 2nd sibling gets 15%). Cannot be combined with other recurring discounts.
  • Document Signatures: All membership agreements (i.e. waiver or autopay) must be signed in your account in order to maintain an active membership.

🗓️ Absence, Makeup & Freeze Policies

All requests must be emailed to admin@720martialarts.com.

Makeup Classes (By Membership Type)

⚠️ Important: Makeups are a courtesy for active members, subject to availability, and not guaranteed. Holiday closures do not qualify for makeups.

  • 1x/Week Members: Up to 2 makeup classes per month.
  • 2x/Week Members: Up to 4 makeup classes per month.
  • Extra makeups beyond the monthly allowance are $10/class.
  • Unlimited Members: No makeup classes (you already have full access).

How to Request a Makeup:

  1. Submit an email within 2 weeks after the absence. Makeup requests that are not received in time will not be honored.
  2. Include the student's name, exact date missed, and an upcoming class to use makeup on.
  3. Once approved, the makeup must be used within 30 days of returning to class. No walk-ins allowed.

Account Freezes (Month-to-Month Members Only)

Prepay/Early Bird members are not eligible for travel/vacation freezes.

  • 1x/Week & 2x/Week Members: Freezes are for future, unprocessed months only. Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the 1st of the month. Mid-month returns will be prorated.
  • Unlimited Members: Eligible for freezes for absences of 2 weeks or more. Submit at least 48 hours in advance. If billing has already processed, unused days roll over as a credit for the next month.
  • To Request: Email the student’s name and the exact start/end dates of the absence.

🥋 Class & Dress Code Policies

Dress Code

Students will not be allowed to participate if they are missing required uniform items.

  • Uniform: Full 720 shirt and long black training pants.
  • Belts: Required for Youth & Teens.
  • Footwear: Wushu training shoes.
  • Appearance: Long hair must be tied back. No jewelry (except post-style earrings).
  • Health: Staying home if sick is required. Masks are required if a student has a lingering cough.
  • Water Bottle: Students are expected to bring their own water. If no water, we can provide bottle water at additional charge.

Class Scheduling

Students must adhere strictly to their scheduled class days and times. This is to ensure instruction quality and student safety.

  • Waitlists: If a class is currently at capacity, you will be placed on a waitlist until a spot opens up.
  • Schedule Changes: To permanently change your student's scheduled class days/times, email admin@720martialarts.com.
